Club Coaching

Hampstead Football Club is grateful and proud of all its members. The club is confident that our coaches with our support will successfully develop our teams and individuals, within our agreed Club coaching aims and guidelines.

The coaches volunteer their time and resources in order to provide competitive, successful football for the children at the Club. They offer a combination of experience and knowledge that is ideally suited to providing a fun, safe, effective and disciplined environment.

The Club actively supports all our coaches and assists them in gaining further FA and other coaching qualifications so as to improve the delivery and content of their coaching.

We provide the opportunity for our 40 + managers and coaches to attend various courses to ensure they are appropriately qualified to adhere to the standards of the Football Association relating to childrens’ development, training and welfare. The club is just finalising a club audit to ensure that all information held on volunteers is transparent and up to date. The club will arrange in house courses, for those whose certificates have lapsed as well as workshops addressing behaviour and improving standards (ethos/philosophy)
